Content: Resolved: (Unanimously)   That full planning permission be granted, subject to the conditions outlined in the report and with the inclusion of the following condition:   “At no time shall regular delivery vehicles associated with the business stand or wait on the double yellow lines at the junction of Liverpool Road and Priory Lane. Reason: In order to prevent obstruction and ensure highway safety in accordance with Policy G17 in the South Ribble Local Plan 2012-2026”
