Content: A decision has been made to enter into a contract with AtkinsRealis as a term service contract available to Coastal Partners and optionally if required to other HBC departments to call on services and resources to support service and project delivery.     A decision was required by Executive Head of Service, Section 151 and CEO to award a contract to AtkinsRealis on a call-off basis with no commitment to purchase but with the potential overall value of £500,000 which is the contract limit.
