Purpose: A narrow strip of land between Bluebird Close and Roman Way should have been transferred as part of Saddlers Wood Park to LDC by Barratt Homes over 30 years ago under a S106 agreement.   It has not been possible to find a copy of the S106 Agreement.   The narrow strip was not transferred and is still owned by Barratt Homes.   Barratt Homes have agreed to transfer the strip of land to LDC for £1   LDC have been maintaining the strip of land as Public Open Space for many years.
