Content: To approve the allocation of £791,738 S106 monies for the SA1 Waterfront Public Art scheme, enabling its inclusion in the Council’s capital programme for 2025/26 and 2026/27, and supporting cultural placemaking in the SA1 area. Approval has been granted to allocate £791,738 of Section 106 developer contributions to the SA1 Waterfront Public Art scheme. This decision enables the inclusion of the SA1 Public Art Project in the Council’s capital programme for 2025/26 and 2026/27. The funding will be in line with the Council’s Corporate Plan Wellbeing Objectives and strategic priorities for placemaking and cultural regeneration in the SA1 area.
