Content: To seek approval to commence the procurement process for various vehicles and plant for 2026/2028 and to award the tender(s). Agreed (i) - That Cabinet approve the commencement of the procurement process for various vehicles and plant for 2026/2028 as detailed in Appendix A and subject to that approval grant delegated authority to the Corporate Director Housing, Regeneration and Operations in consultation with the Cabinet Member for City Pride, Enforcement and Sustainability to award the tender(s) following a successful procurement process. Agreed (ii) - That subject to (i) above, Cabinet grant authority for the disposal of vehicles, plant and related assets, by auction or direct sale, which have been replaced and are surplus to requirements in accordance with the Financial Regulations of the City Council’s Constitution - Section 18.04.
