Content: Adopt The Enforcement Policy for Enforcement Guidance for the Environmental Protection (Single use Vapes) (England) Regulations 2024.   The Head of Service for Regulatory services is given the delegated powers listed below:   The Environmental Protection (Single Use Vapes) (England) Regulations 2024 (“the Regulations”) Authority Delegated Regulation 8 Power to authorise a person (“authorised person”) in writing for the purpose of exercising any of the powers specified in regulation 10 and for the taking of remedial action under the Schedule to the Regulations The Schedule Part 1, Paragraph 1, (1) Power to serve a fixed penalty notice or a compliance notice The Schedule Part 2, Paragraph 9(1) Power to serve a stop notice for remedial action The Schedule Part 3, Paragraph 17 Power to accept an enforcement undertaking
