Content: 1. That Cabinet accepts all relevant external funding from Lancashire County Council (LCC) to enable the Council to deliver Minor Adaptations in South Ribble from 1 April 2026. 2. That the Council proceed with the joint procurement of the delivery of a Minor Aids and Adaptions service by way of open tender for a period of up to three years including break clauses after 9 months, and annually thereafter. 3. That Cabinet delegate the contract award to the Cabinet Member (Planning and Licensing) to be completed by Executive Member Decision.
