Content: The purpose of this report is to seek formal approval for the adoption of a policy setting out the application of exceptions to Council Tax premiums.   Formal approval has been given for the adoption of a policy setting out the application of exceptions to Council Tax premiums, shown in Appendix A.   The adoption of a formal policy ensures fair and consistent decision making and reduces the risk of challenge.
