Purpose:

Content: i)          To note the findings of the Ofsted and CQC inspection team and the next steps required in response to the findings; ii)         To delegate to the Executive Director for People, in consultation with Executive Member for Education, Skills, Employment and Business and the Executive Member for Children and Young People, authority to prepare and publish an updated strategic action plan for SEND arrangements. The strategic action plan to be prepared in collaboration with statutory partners (principally the Integrated Health Board) and published in time to meet the reporting requirement as specified by OFSTED; iii)        To request that Officers provide a further report, for consideration at a future meeting of Cabinet to include the updated strategic action plan for SEND arrangements.
