Content: RESOLVED that the purchase as detailed in the report be approved and, once acquired, to proceed with the remodelling project to produce one bungalow and four flats within the existing building. The proposed scheme will be subject to receiving the required level of capital grant funding and the necessary Planning consent.   Reason This is in accordance with the Council’s Corporate Priority of Housing – ‘a good quality home for all.’
