Purpose: This seeks agreement on the rent increases that will be applied to the Council's social housing.

Content: This seeks agreement on the rent increases that will be applied to the Council's social housing. RESOLVED – that the Executive agree to:   (i)             Approve a 4.8% rent increase to Social Rents and affordable rent homes in 2026-27, with the increase limited to the prevailing Local Housing Allowance rate; and (ii)           Delegate authority to agree the annual service charge to the Head of Housing.
