Purpose:

Content: The Licensing Sub-Committee met to consider an application for the grant of a premise licence under section 51 of the Licensing Act 2003. Staffordshire Police had submitted a valid representation and therefore the Licensing Authority were required to hold a hearing to determine the application for a premise licence as detailed in the report.   Following documentation being provided by the applicant at the hearing Staffordshire Police requested that consideration of the case be deferred to a future date to enable verification of the documents to be carried out. All parties agreed to the request and therefore it was:
