Purpose: The Council delivers a number of services through its Local Authority Trading company - LWM Traded Services LTD.    The council, as sole shareholder, has ultimate control of the Company’s business activities, while the day to day commercial operation is managed by the Company’s directors   The Company Board has recommended the appointment of Lizzie Barton as a director.   In accordance with the Shareholder Agreement, the appointment needs to be approved by the Council as Shareholder in order to take effect.
