Purpose: To consider the guidance for Delivering Houses in Multiple Occupation Supplementary Planning Document Refresh.

Content: i.          To approve the Houses in Multiple Occupation SPD Update so it can be promoted and used as material consideration to support the determination of planning decisions through the council’s development management process.   ii.         Complete and publish the required adoption statement in accord with Regulation 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2012.   iii.        The Executive Director of Place in consultation with the Executive Member be given delegated authority to make any edits to the documents ahead of formally publishing.
