Content: 1.    That the Corporate Enforcement Policy be ADOPTED as attached at Appendix A to the report. 2.    That authority be delegated to the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Lead Member for Corporate Governance, Head of Service: Counter Fraud and Enforcement Unit, Lead Enforcement Officers and One Legal, to approve future minor amendments to the policy.
