Content: i)              That Full Council be recommended to approve a.    The Treasury Management, Borrowing and Investment Strategies (Appendix A) b.    The Treasury Management Indicators (Appendix A)   ii)             To delegate authority to the Service Director - Finance (Chief Financial Officer) in consultation with the Executive Member for Corporate Resources to make amendments to forecasts and estimates within this report and its appendices between now and its submission to Council for approval, and to communicate these to members of the Cabinet.
