Content: That Cabinet recommend that Council:   RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND   1)     Agree to commence a Community Governance Review for the unparished areas of the Borough.   2)     Agree the Terms of Reference for the Community Governance Review (Appendix 1)   3)     Approve a budget of £100,000 to conduct a Community Governance Review.
