Purpose:

Content: The Corporate Director of Housing, Regeneration and Operations submitted a report requesting that the Licensing and Registration Panel (the Panel) determine an application for the grant of a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Driver’s Licence following the disclosure of matters requiring the consideration of the Panel. Licensing Services reported that, since the circulation of the agenda, the applicant had contacted them to advise that they were out of the country and to request that consideration of their case be deferred to a future date.
