Purpose:

Content: The Corporate Director of Housing, Regeneration and Operations submitted a report which requested that the Licensing and Registration Panel (the Panel) review the continuing suitability of a licence holder to be a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Driver following the disclosure of matters requiring the consideration of the Panel. The licence holder attended the meeting, along with legal representation, and confirmed that they had received a copy of the report and had read and understood it. The report was outlined at the meeting, and the licence holder was interviewed by the Panel.
