Purpose:

Content: The Corporate Director of Housing, Regeneration and Operations submitted a report which requested that the Licensing and Registration Panel (the Panel) review the continuing suitability of a licence holder to be a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Driver following the disclosure of matters requiring the consideration of the Panel. The licence holder attended the meeting, along with a family member for support, and confirmed that they had received a copy of the report and had read and understood it. The report was outlined at the meeting, and the licence holder was interviewed by the Panel.
