Purpose:

Content: 1.      That Cabinet approves the revised capital programme as attached at Appendix A, which includes amendments to the programme for this quarter of £1.098m, detailed at Table 1 of this report, since the last Capital Monitoring report was approved by Council in November 2025. The approvals for this report are: ·         A virement of £53k between USKPF and the Quinn Street Scheme ·         An increase of £24k for Household Waste Bins ·         A new budget of £63k for Technology One Finance System ·         A new budget of £150k for Worden Park overflow car park resurfacing. The Works will be procured via the Chest on a mini tender in Lot 8: Drainage & Civils within the Building Statutory Compliance Works Framework. The contract award will be delegated to the Cabinet Member (Finance and Assets) for approval.   2.      That Cabinet notes the variations to the programme, (which are detailed, by scheme at Appendix B and referenced within the body of the report). 3.      That Cabinet notes the position in the Balance Sheet Monitoring section of the report in respect of cash, investment and loan balances, and debtors as at 31 December 2025. 4.      Recommendations from the Corporate, Performance and Budget Scrutiny Committee are accepted.
