Purpose: Decision on the targeting allocation of funds to support residents under the Crisis and Resilience Fund

Content: i)             To agree the proposed initial areas of spend under the Crisis and Resilience Fund for 01 April 2026 – 31 March 2029   ii)            To agree the reserved areas of spend under the Crisis and Resilience Fund for 01 April 2026 – 31 March 2029with more detailed proposals to developed and agreed with the Cabinet Member for Cost of Living, Equalities and Public Health.   iii)           To delegate minor changes to budget allocations as spend and demand are monitored to the Service Director for Community Development & Partnerships in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Cost of Living, Equalities and Public Health.
