Content: To support the Capital Programme agreed at Council on 26 February 2026 by: (a)  Securing formal approval from the Strategic Planning Manager to authorise S106 allocation of funds in accordance with the scheme of delegation, and   (b)  To publish the successful CIL bidding forms which concludes the outcome of the bidding process   Firstly, to seek authorisation from the Strategic Planning Manager to confirm allocation of identified S106 funds as follows:   Ref Project Cost 360 North Common, Hayling Island Scrub Removal Works 2026-2031 £70,000 361 Hayling Oyster Beds Restoration for Nature and People £200,000 363 Front Lawn Community Hub Sports Facility Development £10,460 366 Hampshire Farm, Emsworth Bridges £30,000   Secondly, to publish Strategic CIL bid forms to support allocation of funds within the Capital Programme.
