Content: i)             To grant delegated authority to the Service Director for Property to enter into a 25-year lease to a suitable not for profit organisation for the operation of Grimsbury Farm on terms to be agreed.   ii)            To approve the financial support as set out in Appendix 3 (exempt from publication by virtue of paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act, 1972).   iii)           To grant delegated authority to the Service Director for Legal Services to complete the lease
