Content: 82.1          Attention was drawn to the report of the Chair of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee, circulated at Pages No. 15-16, which provided a summary of the matters discussed at the last Overview and Scrutiny Committee meeting held on 7 January 2026. 82.2          The Chair of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee presented the report as circulated.  It was noted that the Lead Member for the Communications Strategy was the Leader of the Council rather than the Lead Member for Transformation as stated in the report. 82.3          A Member welcomed the suggestion that a future confidential session be held to discuss the cyber incident lessons learnt given the sensitivity of the subject matter.  Another Member expressed the view that it may be beneficial for the session to be open to all Members and the Chair indicated that discussion would take place outside of the meeting as to the best approach.  82.4          It was
