Content: Councillor King declared a non-pecuniary interest as a close relative of the report author for Q3 2025/26 Performance report (Agenda item 6) and Q3 2025/26 Risk Management 2025/26 (Agenda item 8).   Councillor Moses declared a non-pecuniary interest for Agenda item 13 – Appointment to the Board of Banstead Commons Conservators (2026) as she is on the Board of the Banstead Commons Conservators. She left the New Council Chamber before the Agenda item was discussed.
