Content: i)          To approve the Private Sector Housing Civil Penalty Policy attached to come into force on 1 May 2026   ii)         Following any revised statutory guidance and/or case law precedents that the decision to vary the policy or periodically review penalty levels be delegated to the Executive Director – Place in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Adults and Homes and Cabinet Member for Communities and Local Place.
