Content: That it be RECOMMENDED TO COUNCIL that:   the Air Quality Strategy be APPROVED for public consultation   authority be delegated to the Head of Service: Environmental Health, in consultation with the Lead Member for Environmental Services, to adopt the strategy having due regard to the public consultation outcome.
