Placement of 2025/26 New Burdens fund (34,560.17) into housing reserve for draw down in 2026/27   RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND   5. Recommended that Council delegates authority to the Monitoring Officer to amend the scheme of delegation to make the required changes to the Constitution to authorise officers to make decisions required by the Renters’ Rights Act 2025
