Purpose:

Content: The City Council received a report setting out changes to the political balance of the authority following receipt of notification that Councillor Carl Edwards was no longer a member of the Local Conservatives Group and had joined the Reform UK Group. The Council was therefore requested to review the representation of the political groups on bodies appointed by the Council in accordance with provisions set out in Section 15 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 as set out in the report submitted. On the motion of Councillor Colclough, seconded by Councillor Gordon-McCusker, it was:
