Purpose: To set out the commissioning hub workplan for approval.

Content: a)            To approve under the Contracting Rules the start of procurement for the specific procurement activity listed in Appendix A. Grant the Executive Director of People authority to agree the outcome of the commissioning activity to determine the detail of the services to be procured, the procurement route and the award of any contract, in consultation with relevant Executive Member. b)            To approve activity listed in Appendix A, under the Contracting Rules, the extension of any contracts that have already reached the maximum term under the original permission to commence a procurement. c)            To note other commissioning activity that officers wish to draw to the attention of Executive Members
