Content: i)          approve the necessary capital and revenue spend for three sites as detailed in this report at a total sum of £1.8m.  ii)         delegate to the Executive Director for Resources and the Cabinet Member for Corporate Resources to approve future necessary capital spend on urgent and unbudgeted property maintenance items up to £2m in a financial year. iii)        to delegate to the Service Director for Property to authorise up to £200k per site to enable technical due diligence/promotion work to be undertaken to support land and property disposals on the basis that all costs are recovered from the eventual sale proceeds approve the revised list of attendees of the PLIP to update the Property & Land Investment Strategy
