The applicant had been trading late hours without a license. The applicant has only been trading since October 2025. Mr Mohammed Hussain – Company Director In Person ASSISTED BY Mr Leedo George In Person Representations made that business is doing well and they wish to expand the business. The business wished to provide services to late night workers, but would refuse to serve in-person customers directly after 11pm. Stated had stopped opening late hours after he was informed he needed a late-hours license. Tariq Ahmed – Member of the public In Person Mr Ahmed made representations that he is a local resident and the business appears to be already serving beyond 11pm in breach of current license and goes to credibility of business. In addition, the business is within a residential area and could have an adverse effect on the area. Sarah Marden – Licensing Officer In Person Confirmed that the business had been operating outside its licensed hours and advice had been given to apply for a late-hours license.
