Content: Minutes approved, subject to an amendment to record that the landscaping condition (Condition 5) attached to the planning permission, granted for 07/2026/00049/FUL – 152 Croston Road, Lostock Hall, was amended prior to the issuing of the decision notice, requiring that the landscaping plan include details of boundary treatment between the development and the adjoining properties. Whilst requirement of a third-party agreement was not appropriate, the condition was strengthened in order to protect the amenity of the area including that of neighbours.
