Content: To consider the blueprint. The Cabinet:   2.1 Approved the Burntwood Masterplan study and agreed the regeneration of Burntwood Town Shopping Centre is the Council’s primary priority arising from it.   2.2 Approved the establishment of a Burntwood Regeneration Board with the district, town, and county councils plus key landowners.   2.3 Approved the development of a strategy and governance structure to facilitate the delivery of the Council’s primary regeneration priority including the development of an option appraisal, funding and acquisition strategy and delivery plan subject to the cost being within Approved Budgets. Where the strategy cannot be delivered within Approved Budgets, financial implications will be considered through development of the Medium Term Financial Strategy or specific reports to Cabinet and Council.
