Content: i)          to delegate to the Executive Director for People, in consultation with the Executive Member for Education, Skills, Employment and Business and the Executive Member for Children and Young People, authority to develop (including negotiating with Government officials as necessary) and submit the SEND Reform Plan to the Department for Education in accordance with the Government’s requirements;   ii)         to request that the Executive Director for People update Cabinet on the outcome of the council’s submission of the approved SEND Reform Plan in due course.
