Purpose:

Content: The Committee was requested to appoint representatives to serve on the Licensing and Registration Panel for the 2026/2027 municipal year. The Committee was also requested to formally establish a Licensing Sub-Committee whose membership would comprise of three councillors, plus one reserve member, drawn from the Licensing and Appeals Committee on an ad-hoc basis in compliance with statutory requirements as set out in the report.
