Content: Decision made:   1.    To approve implementation of the charges and restrictions in Table A. 2.    To approve the amount of scratch off permits for the businesses at Worden in paragraph 16. 3.    To approve the pricing structure for the student permits in paragraph 17. 4.    To approve the 24hr permit for users/guests who have booked an event at the hall, paragraph 18.   Reasons for decision:   The decision was made via Executive Member decision on 30th September 2025 to implement parking charges and restrictions at Worden car park. Now that the consultation has concluded it is proposed to implement the charges and restrictions within this report.   Other options considered and rejected:   Not to charge for car parking. This was rejected as car parks are expensive to maintain, the introduction of charging will help support the upkeep of this car park.
