Content: (1)   To approve the programme of investment for Transport and Road Safety schemes for 2026/27 set out in Appendix 1 and, where no formal objections are received, to implement individual schemes; and   (2)   To authorise the Deputy Director for Housing & Strategic Planning and the Deputy Director for Neighbourhoods to agree the implementation of individual projects, in consultation with the relevant Cabinet Member.
