Purpose:  The report seeks approval to enter into a Grant Funding Agreement with Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) and accept funding to deliver 32 lease accommodation through capital investment into empty homes. The homes will subsequently be used to provide suitable and adequate temporary accommodation for families experiencing homelessness, living in unsuitable and expensive forms of temporary accommodation.
