Purpose:

Content: That the Council enters into the Homes England Grant Agreement to formally accept the funding and enable drawdown of the grant.   In accordance with Council’s Constitution (Scrutiny Procedure Rules, section 8. Call-In, the Chair of the Scrutiny Committee agreed to waive the Scrutiny call-in procedure in respect of this decision for the reasons given below:   (b) Any delay likely to be caused by not making the decision would seriously prejudice the council’s or the public’s interests; or   (c) Any delay likely to be caused by not making the decision would be likely to expose the Council, its members or the public to a significant level of risk, loss, damage or disadvantage.
