Purpose:

Content: (1)             Approve in principle the development of a borough-wide Community Hubs Network based on a locality model. (2)             Agree the proposed vision and principles set out in this report. (3)             Agree that officers explore alignment with the NHS Neighbourhood Health Centres approach and wider partner activity. (4)             Note the outcomes of initial engagement, including feedback from NHS partners indicating clear and positive support for taking this work forward together. (5)             Approve the progression to the next phase of detailed design, feasibility and delivery planning. (6)             Delegate authority to the Chief Executive in consultation with the Leader, to develop detailed proposals for future Cabinet consideration.
