Content: This report provides an overview of the Council's revenue and capital outturn for 2025/26 which includes an update on treasury management for Q4. RESOLVED – that the Executive agreed to:   1) Note the Revenue Budget Outturn 2025/26 at Annex 1 2) Note the Outstanding Debt Summary Outturn 2025/26 at Annex 2 3) Note the Reserves Summary Outturn 2025/26 at Annex 3 4) Note the Capital Budget Outturn 2025/26 at Annex 4 5) Recommend the reprofiling of the Capital Programme as set out in Annex 4.2 6) Note the Treasury Management Prudential Indicators at Annex 5.   And forward to Council:   1)Approve the Capital Programme reprofiling as set out in Annex 4.2.
