Purpose:

Content: That the implementation of a six-month pilot project to support improved management of waste storage within the Tewkesbury town centre Conservation Area be APPROVED.   That authority be delegated to the Director: Communities, in consultation with the Lead Member for Environmental Services, to finalise operational details of the pilot and implement associated communications and engagement activity.    That the following amendments to the Tewkesbury Borough Council Waste and Recycling Collection Service Policy be APPROVED: -       to require residents within the Tewkesbury town centre Conservation Area to remove bins from the pavement and highway to support improved management of waste storage; -       to make additional bins available to those residents with 2 or more children in nappies; and, -       to introduce  a new provision to account for the  dedicated Narrow Access service for inaccessible properties.
