Content: Agreed: RESOLVED that Executive approve: (1) To amend the Parking Places Order 2014 to introduce the following changes to the Cathedral & Quay MSCP: o To redesignate from the Zone 2 to the Zone 1 Tariff Band o To change the charging period from 8am - 6pm to 8am - 10pm on any day (i.e. seven days per week) (2) To delegate authority to consider the responses to the consultation and determine whether to implement the Order either in full or subject to amendment, to the Head of Service Commercial Assets in consultation with the Strategic Director Corporate Resources and Leader of the Council. Reason for Decision: As set out in the report.
