Content: The City Council received details of a petition requesting that the Cabinet of Stoke-on-Trent City Council reverse its decision to declare the public open space off Clermont Avenue and Ferrand Close, Hanford surplus, and to protect it from being sold off for development. In accordance with the terms of the City Council’s Petitions Scheme, the lead petitioner, Councillor Daniel Jellyman, was invited to introduce the petition on behalf of the 716 signatories.
