Content: The Council was provided with the context, current position and next steps regarding Local Government Reform, Foundation Strategic Authority and Spatial Development Strategies and, through delegation of authority, to enable the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Strategy, Economic Development, Culture, Sport and Homelessness, make key decisions on the progression of these matters. On the motion of Councillor Ashworth, seconded by Councillor Hill, when put to the vote, the motion received the support of the Council and, of those present and voting, it was unanimously:
