Content: To approve the draft Local Plan for consultation during Summer 2026 The Executive:- (1) Approve the draft Manchester Local Plan and supporting background documents for consultation for six weeks commencing no earlier than 17th August 2026 pursuant to Regulation 19 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012. (2) Delegate authority to the Director of Planning, Licensing and Building Control, in consultation with the Executive Member for Housing and Development to make minor or non-material amendments to the draft Manchester Local Plan and background documents prior to the commencement of the consultation.
