Content: To award a contract for Taxi Marshal Service – Lot 3 The appointment of a Provider to provide a recurring, regular and dedicated Taxi Marshal Service supporting the Night Time economy in the City, following a competitive tender exercise.   The decision to employ external contractors under contract for this work and the mainstream funding were made a number of years ago.  The Contract was due for renewal and a full Tendering process was undertaken.  No alternatives were considered as this is specialist work and the arrangement has worked well for a number of years.
