Content: To agree investment decisions up to £10m, if required.  To consider the sale of land at Bristol & Bath Science Park, which forms part of the investment portfolio i)             Provide delegated authority for the Service Director – Property Services to approve the final terms of the lease and complete the transaction with the purchaser ii)            Provide delegated authority for the Service Director – Property Services in consultation with the Head of Legal Services to instruct external lawyers for the sale of land at Bristol & Bath Science Park iii)           To reserve the future capital receipt from the disposal of the land to pay down BBSP capital borrowing costs and/or other BBSP investment purposes.
